Phyllis Druggs, 89, a resident of Knickerbocker Assisted Living, Clearfield, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021 at McKinley Health Center, Brookville. Born December 16, 1932 in Philipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Merrill C. and Rose L. (DePalma) Druggs. Phyllis was a graduate of the Philipsburg High School and the Philipsburg Hospital School of Nursing, where she received her nursing degree. She is survived by a brother Merrill Druggs and his wife Theresa of Gibsonia, PA. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Michelle R. Bodle officiating.
