Lydia O. Harris, 24, most recently of Clearfield and formerly of West Decatur, passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 27, 2021 at Penn Highlands Clearfield. Born July 28, 1997 at Clearfield, she was a daughter of Donald Lee and Helen Lorraine (Spencer) Harris, of West Decatur. Lydia was a graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School and the CCCTC Food Service program. She was employed at McDonald’s in Clearfield. Lydia was a member of the New Life Center, where she sang in the church choir, and the Chester Hill Fire Hall. She enjoyed arts and crafts, ceramics, listening to music, and playing computer games. Lydia was very out-going and social and loved spending time with everyone. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother Donald L. Harris Jr. and his wife Samantha of West Decatur, nephews Bear and Ray-Ray, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many close friends. Lydia was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Raymond and Linda Spencer and paternal grandparents George and Olive Harris. Friends will be received at the Dahlgren-Spewock Funeral Home, Inc., 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, on Saturday, September 11 from 10am until the hour of service at 12pm. Pastor John Dill will officiate. Burial will follow at Reidy Cemetery, Wallaceton. Due to recent health concerns, the family requests that masks be worn while at the funeral home.
