Hope Fire Company

Kenny was truly an icon to the Hope Fire Company. His endless stories of his younger years provided hundreds of our members, through several generations, entertainment and a glimpse into what Philipsburg once was. He was a historian of sorts, and could name what was where during what times throughout the town. There wasn’t a parade within 50 miles that he would ride through and you wouldn’t hear someone yelling his name. Kenny’s upbeat attitude and willingness to volunteer his time to the fire company, even when he reached into his 80s, is testimony to his dedication to the fire service and the community. You will be missed by many, and not forgotten.

Judy and Family: my condolences. Kenny was a great tenant at Philipsburg Towers and loved it there.
He was always very helpful and worked hard to please others. Doing errands for everyone. We always knew we would have fond
memories of him, forever. Rest in peace, my friend , God knows of your good heart. Sorry, i could not attend your
memorial service. Love and prayers, Joanne Pastir, former manager, Philipsburg Towers.
