Craig Kyler, 70, of Philipsburg, passed away from complications of a stroke at Centre Care Nursing Home on Monday, December 6, 2021. He was born in Gettysburg April 21, 1951, the son of Rev. David and Doris Kyler. He graduated from Philipsburg-Osceola High School in 1969, where he was President of his class, and a standout football, basketball, and baseball. He enrolled at Lenior Rhyne University, Hickory, NC on a football scholarship, where he was captain of his team. Graduating in 1973, he was employed as a regional furniture sales rep. for Broyhill in NC and MN.
He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant son, Alexander.
Surviving are his father, daughters, Allison (Scott) Julian and Ashley (John) Advent and their son Giovanni, all of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Krista Jones of Harrisburg, and a nephew, Cody (Rechelle) Jones, and their son Lincoln, of Bryn Mawr, PA.
A graveside service will be held at Holsinger Cemetery, Bakers Summit, at the convenience of the family. Online condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.dahlgren-spewock.com.
